the location proved satisfactory for accessing key historical sites. it was within reasonable walking distance.
i found the wellness facilities lacking. the pool was small and cold. the sauna was not functioning , disappointing. this was a significant drawback.

the breakfast buffet had many options. i tried both local and international dishes. the room included a television and air conditioning. it had a balcony facing the street. housekeeping restocked towels each day, and that helped a lot. it was very useful.
The elevators were rather small and slow. It took a while to go up.

i found the hotel staff to be consistently helpful . they offered useful suggestions for local attractions and tours. the breakfast offered a great variety of options. it was satisfying to start each day with such a comprehensive selection, including fresh items.
i noticed the gym equipment looked somewhat dated , and i felt it could benefit from an update to provide a better fitness experience.

rooftop terrace helpful staff convenient location
My stay included access to a rooftop terrace. The staff were helpful and always available. I found a park across the street, a feature I enjoyed. The central location allowed easy walks even with some uphill sections.
The wellness facilities were slightly smaller than I anticipated, especially the pool. I still enjoyed the sauna though.

The hotel staff provided really good assistance. They helped plan an itinerary as it was my first visit. A boat dinner cruise with city views and traditional dancers was a highlight. The city tour of the Asian side with included meals was also quite nice.
The hotel is a bit far from the tram and metro lines.

The breakfast provided a great selection of items.
The pool and spa were closed for maintenance. I was disappointed as I had specifically booked this hotel with the intention of using those facilities. The hotel offered access to a spa in another location, but the alternative pool was small. (It felt more like a large jacuzzi.)
